The Appeal of "The Memorial" an International Society. “On the national views of the history” (The 20th century and the “memory war”)

In documet members o the International Association "Memorial" gave the analysis of internal and external situation of Russia, and especially its relations with the neighbors, in this with Poland. Historical memory decidedly differs the Russian and Polish societies. Today nobody can't see the possibility of dialogue between the both societies. In spite of then "Memorial" proposes the way of dialogue.
